Our vacation apartment is on the first floor of a house dating back to the 15th century and situated on Piazza Matteotti, the main square of Greve in Chianti, the market town of the Chianti Classico wine territory. The apartment has a beautiful and spacious terracotta terrace (40 sq m) from which you have a view of the entire piazza, furnished with a table and chairs and a sun umbrella - a perfect place to eat your meals and to relax and sunbathe. Many restaurants and shops are within a couple of minutes walk.

Terrace entrance
A spacious entry hall opens on to the terrace, the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a gas stove and electric oven, a refrigerator and a washing machine. There is a large table and chairs so that you can eat in the kitchen if you wish. The living room has a splendid antique Tuscan-style fireplace and is also equipped for dining. In the entry hall, there is a double sofa bed that provides two additional sleeping places if required.
The apartment has two large bedrooms, one double bedroom (25 sq m) and the other a twin bedroom (20 sq m), plus two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and bath. In winter, there is central heating which costs extra.
Free parking is available five minutes walk from the apartment. Please note that access to the apartment is via a steep although not long flight of stairs.

Payment should be made in cash upon arrival
Rental is normally Saturday to Saturday, arriving from 2 pm onwards, departing before 11 am. Please contact us if you wish to vary this.
